Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
The cost of replacement of your damaged or incorrect product will be paid by Autorenovation. Please contact us on autorenovation.uk@gmail.com BEFORE returning your products so that we can best assist you with the correct postage and details.
In terms of returning products, deduction from all the courier expenses will be made.
Please note we will not make a refund, if product is not in original condition and without main reason stated, goods shipped without contacting and receiving approval for returning. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
